Arrivals: Thierry Mugler Les Parfums de Cuir

Thierry Mugler is launching a new limited edition collection Les Parfums de Cuir ("The Fragrances of Leather"), which offers new editions of Angel, Alien, Womanity and A*Men  perfumes, coming out in October 2012. This collection celebrates the twentieth birthday of Thierry Mugler perfumes. For the occasion, four new interpretations of the famous fragrances enriched with natural extracts of leather are presented. This concept combines haute perfumery and the traditional craft of glove making and perfume craft. The new fragrances are made by soaking the original compositions in natural leather for four weeks.

Thierry Mugler lansira najnoviju limitiranu kolekciju pod nazivom Les Parfums de Cuir (Parfemi od koze), koja predstavlja nove edicije Angela, Aliena, Womanityja i  A*Mena koje dolaze u Oktobru 2012. Ovom kolekcijom se proslavlja dvadeseti rodjendan postojanja Thierry Mugler parfema. Povodom ove prilike, cetiri nove interpretacije proslavljenih parfema su obogacene prirodnim ekstraktima koze. Ovaj koncept kombinuje haute parfeme sa tradicionalnim zanatom pravljenja koznih rukavica i zanata parfema. Novi parfemi su stvoreni tako sto su natapali originalne kompozicije u prirodnu kozu sedmicama.



Angel Les Parfums de Cuir resulted in a leathery gourmand character and an accented accord of iris and apricot. Alien Les Parfums de Cuir becomes even more fascinating, enveloping and deeper with notes of amber, which takes the character of leather so it feels like suede, surrounded by dried fruits.

Angel Les Parfums de Cuir je dobio kozno gurmanski karakter i naglasen akord irisa i breskve. Alien Les Parfums de Cuir je postao jos fascinatniji, umotan i produbljen notama ambera koji korealira sa karakterom koze tako da podsjeca na somot, okruzen suhim vocem.

Womanity Les Parfums de Cuir takes on a sensual, intense and complex character that reveals notes of leather and stresses labdanum, already present in the composition. A*Men Les Parfums de Cuir provides a softer touch of mysterious patchouli in contact with leather.

Womanity Les Parfums de Cuir je dobio jos senzualniji, intenzivniji i kompleksniji karakter koji otkriva note koze i naglaske labdanuma, koji su vec prisutni u kompoziciji. A*Men Les Parfums de Cuir pruza njezniji dodir misterioznog paculija u kontaktu sa kozom.

The feminine editions are given a new and unique bottle design, while the masculine one retains its original shape. Each scent comes with a logo on the cap, which marks the 20th anniversary. The fragrances are available in Eau de Parfum concentration.

Zenstvene edicije su dobile jedinstven dizajn bocice dok je muska varijanta ostala dosljedna originalu uz dodatak koznog dodira. Svaki parfem ima na cepu logo koji oznacava dvadesetu godisnjicu. Parfemi su dostupni u EDP koncentraciji.
