I can't believe that I've become a breakfast person but - I have! I used to struggle with breakfast before, skipping it most mornings which is, indeed, one of the worst meal-related decisions to make. We're not always told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day for nothing as it is a deciding factor of how my day will be.
